We are not a trading company with a photo library. These processes run inside our own manufacturing operations and long-term affiliated production partners, which is why we can quote a whole part instead of one step of one.

What we can do to a piece of aluminum
Any combination of these can sit inside one quotation, with one person accountable for the result.
Extrusion
In-network presses running 6000-series furniture and industrial profiles, from simple tube to multi-cavity sections.
Cutting
Saw cutting to length, angle and mitre in production volume, with length control checked through the run.
Drilling
Jig-based hole patterns so the hundredth component mates exactly like the first one did.
Punching
High-repeat punched features and cut-outs, tooled per programme for speed and consistency.
Bending
Curved arms, backs, rails and hoops formed to your radius without collapsing the section.
CNC machining
Pockets, slots, tapped holes and mating features machined on components and hardware.
Welding
TIG and MIG frame welding on fixtures, so geometry repeats across an entire production run.
Anodizing
Anodized finishes for programmes where a coating layer is not the right answer.
Mold development
New extrusion dies cut in-house in about five days, then catalogued for repeat orders.
Assembly
Sub-assembly or complete furniture build, run in China or Cambodia depending on your plan.
Custom packaging
Carton design, foam tooling, retail-ready and drop-ship packs, private-label print and labelling.
